Small caliber deer rifle recommendations?

So I bought a few acres and the girlfriend wants to kill a deer. What is a good small rifle to get her?
clear shots <200 yards
she shoots a 20 gauge for duck hunting
no pics but she isnt a big girl
What does the OB say?

7mm-08, .243, .270 w/130gr bullets.

Buy her a nice rifle with a some weight to it so she enjoys shooting it. The more she shoots it the better she will be with it and have no problems taking deer with it.
My daughter uses a .243 she is 14. And kills deer with it no problem.

I own a .243, and it's the first rifle that I killed a deer with; however, I would not recommend it for his woman.
