I got 50 acres and it's got enough deer for two people but locations to hunt is the issue. Basically got 3 spots to hunt if you put more spots you are cutting the deer off. It's nice owning the land you hunt for sure. It need to be close to your house or have a place to stay.

Iowa is a hard state to draw a tag for. Kansas is easier but you only get one deer whether it be a whitetail or mule deer.

I wouldnt exactly call where the ville is in the delta and I look at the river 40 hours a week there.

I'm in norwood with no sign of rut. My buddy has land just north of Clinton and no sign

I got land in Jackson and norwood. No rut activity yet. Normally right after Christmas.

I'm just reading but using that I'm go out on a limb and say the guys who put down feeders have fewer friends than the guys who hunt them.

So my property has no bedding area. How should I hunt if I don't bait or plant food plots? Just pray one crosses?

I got fifty acres with neighbors. I do have deer but every visitor your neighbors have will be walking around your property! They will make noise and aggravate you. My deer have gotten accustom to it but still sucks to hunt and hear kids playing basketball. Good luck.

50 acre tracts are rare that are decent. I'll sell you 50 acres and a house in norwood. You will have to finance it though.
