It is but can't we cool our jets for three to four weeks? Luckily for me I walk down a path in my back yard, walk out on the dock, drop the boat to the water and fish. I need to catch food to keep away from the grocery stores.

I guess if states plan on diverting Green Jeans into full time LEO's is the only reason I could possibly fathom for something this drastic.

Not correct at all. The rumor mill started when certain areas were shut down as staging areas only, not to prevent fishing/boating access. For example, Bayou Segnette (Jefferson Parish) is shut down only because it is being used as a staging area.
