I'm on my soon to be 4th yeti soft cooler when it comes in. The prior 3 have failed in some fashion.

I will give it to yeti customer service. They keep sending me another under warranty...

The one I just sent back is the new magnetic one. The magnets separated from the cooler and it doesn't seal.

I haven't been impressed by either. Currently using a RTIC but it doesn't hole ice more than a day.

I got the official Buc-ee's soft cooler.

I can't say I have any complaints about it.

I have a yeti soft cooler and then got the ice mule back pack cooler and now I wonder why I would ever use the soft cooler again.

The backpack ice mule just does it all and even better because I can carry it on my back

Have you ever tried to find someone that could fix the zipper? Still waiting on warranty dept to respond with a RA #. If I don’t have to send it back I’m going to drop at an upholstery shop and let them fix or fubar mine.

I have a yeti soft cooler that I throw in my boat. It is a pain in the butt to unzip every time.

After my 3rd warranty claim in 18 months with Yeti on a soft side bag, Yeti said “maybe a soft side doesn’t fit your lifestyle.” #ZipperIssues

They traded me out to a hard side.

My RTIC started coming apart at the four corners of the top seam. It started at year 2, so it was out of warranty. I tried to repair using E6000 adhesive, to no avail.
I just replaced the cooler with an Engel. So far I'm liking it, but like the Yeti, it's harder to put stuff in it due to the zipper design. I do think the RTIC was a great cooler had the seams not failed.

You have to register them? I just bought a flip 18, and everyone but myself manhandles the damn zipper.

I don't think i registered my Hopper.
They are sending me the new M30 Hopper to replace my 20 that failed. No mention of sending it back.

Sil-glyde makes a huge difference, I just grease it down every few uses. I wish they'd just put normal zippers on there; I don't need a leak-proof zipper on a cooler. Just keep the damn thing up right and water won't come out.

After just checking yeti prices, definitely RTIC!! I got the large backpack and 30 pack RTICS during sales for less than $100 each

The magnetic strip on my new Yeti Hopper 30 has come unglued! The magnetic hopper was a warranty replacement for the Hopper 30 with the zipper.

I have two Titan Zipperless coolers and really like them. Eliminating the zipper is a big plus for me. I've got a 12 can and a 48 can.
