So I ran across couple handguns I'd like your opinions on. The dilemma is I can only swing one at this time so buy all or both not really going to work right now. Added a link for pics only. Not buying there.

Here's the selection:

Shadow systems XR920 - uses g17 mags which I have a ton of, feels great, very light with possibly best optics mounting system around. Basically a G45 clone with upgrades.

Shadow systems MR920 Damascus pattern slide. Same as XR920 but uses g19 mags. It's an exclusive and the slide is rather unique with that Damascus pattern.
mr920 damascus

Glock G19 gen 5 MOS - a can't go wrong gun for most part. Cheapest of the four.
old faithful

Sig P320 xcarry legion -. Best trigger of the four, much heavier with that tungsten infused grip, largest of the four, has threaded barrel and suppressor height night sights.

I've been contemplating carry optics or production class training and matches. I also could use a carry pistol. Basically I'll buy more than one but can do just one right now.

What are your thoughts? All opinions welcomed.

Update. I picked up the shadow systems XR920 combat with bronze threaded barrel. Going to check out my stash of 9mm ammo and see what I should break it in with. Hopefully it breaks in well.

Personally I shoot the Sig better. I don't like the grip angle of the glocks

That being said, I can't imagine getting the Tungsten infused grip for a carry gun.

If I was in your situation, I'm getting the shadow systems without the damascus looking slide. I think the Sigs are great but I hate the reset on the triggers. It feels like you are waiting for it to reset. If you plan on carrying too, the SS is gonna be lighter.

The Shadows are definitely lighter, the mr920 is lighter than the G19. The XR920 felt real close if not a hair lighter at least according to my hand weight meter The sig would be more comp type fun gun.

It's a toss up between the XR920 and the G19 for me. I really like the G19 and own one, but edge goes to the XR920 if you're willing to spend the dough.

Oh, also, do not get a MOS glock. Buy the version you want and have it cut for the optic you want. Plates are a failure point and bring the sight higher.

Sound alike the XR920 taking the lead.

Good guns. They work well and are basically glocks with a better grip angle and an amazing mounting system. I have a factory g45 just to have a glock but if I bought another polymer striker gun, that would be close to top of the list.

Another vote for a Glock 19x.
My Glock19x is my second favorite pistol I own (VP9 being #1).

I don’t own any of those but I believe they’re all quality. So of those, I would get the MR920 Damascus pattern slide. I like the look and it’s less common than the Glock or Sig. Just something different.

Of course the Glock is way cheaper.

I highly recommend Shadow Systems products. Never had an issue and their customer service is excellent. I have an MR918 combat and the War Poet. Love them. Have had to change firing pins in both after thousands and thousands of rounds.

Glock- no issue for an EDC or survival. For targets you can change the trigger.

My fave is the Sig P320 Legion X5 not the xcarry. Best handgun on the market for the money. Fastest pistol I own for steel and highly accurate on paper. I am running a Delta Point pro optic and 115 or 125 grain precision loads depending on what I am shooting.

This would be my pick. I carry the CR920 Combat. I've shot the MR as well. Solid guns from a great company.
