Outdoor thick boot socks

Anyone have any good recs for thick, warm, and stay up all day boot socks?
Ive tried a few pairs but they keep coming down my leg and get bunched up. Thicker the better. Im guessing wool would work.

bass redhead pro extreme sock. like 87% wool.. whatever you get, get the highest % wool you can find

I have literally tried just about every top pick in socks and the thickest, warmest, boot height and comfortable Merino wool socks I have found were these smartwools.

I usually shop at Sierratradingpost for this type of stuff, but a few months ago, a poster on one of these TD boards mentioned Cabela's Realtree merino wool socks as a pre-Christmas sale for 2 pairs for $8. I bought a bunch of them as stocking stuffers and everyone, including me loves them.

go to wally world an get you some Dickies work boot socks.
Thick enough for winter, still breathes good enough for summer, and they stay up better than any sock i've ever worn.

Been using wigwam, but the canada boot sock. Have had 5 pairs - best sock they make. I wear with a polypro liner

I bought some merino wool socks made by Buttons and Pleats(yeah, I know). First pair of merino, good price and I really like them. I can wear them all day with no issues. The ones I bought weren't high boot length though.

I also have some realtree wool blend socks that are pretty nice. Basspro has some lifetime wool socks. if they get torn up you bring them back and they replace them no questions asked.
Depending on how your boot fits you don't want a sock that is too thick to where there is no air circulation.

I believe that was me. I bought about 10 pairs. I hunted with them through January and they are great.
