Found a rub dammit

My 80% arm jig doesn’t fit the lower.

Had to order a new one.

Is that common? I would've thought they were all the same?

it is slightly wider at the mag well than standard. maybe a .25" but enough that it may cause a problem drilling. Plus the router plates will not fit on the jig.

Sulzer isn't responding to emails.

Can anyone recommend an FFL in Baton Rouge that doesn't charge $50?

Are you talking about a transfer fee? $50 is insane.

New to the AR world, bought a Ruger AR 556 but it has no optics or iron sights. I'm looking for some relatively low cost options.

Will be used primarily as an occasional range gun and home defense firearm.

iron sights on it are simple and effective

Holosun is supposedly a pretty good red dot sight

I have a .300 blackout that I put a 1-4x20 leupold vx-hog on it. It works really well

What’s your budget? That will help with recommendations.

The InRangeTV guys recommend it. That's a solid endorsement.

The guy at Cajun was great. And cheap. I think it was 25. There were some that were 15 but up in Zachery. I'll use Cajun again.

Are you going with their upper as well?

Anyone know of a handguard that kinda sorta resembles an MP5's?

I am. Just going to buy their assembled 8” upper with bcg.

Can’t buy the parts for the price. Just waiting for them to get the BCG in stock.

Announcing her plan, Warren said the first step toward meeting her goal is immediate administrative action, which includes a range of ideas such as requiring background checks, investigating the NRA, and revoking licenses for gun dealers who break the law

But Warren is going beyond some of the more commonly discussed ideas, such as stricter background checks or a ban on assault weapons. Her plan calls for creating a federal licensing system, limiting the number of firearms someone could buy, raising the minimum age to 21 for purchasing a gun, holding gun manufacturers liable (and, in some cases, even holding gun industry CEOs personally liable).

She also wants to raise taxes for gun manufacturers (from 10% to 30% on guns and from 11% to 50% on ammunition).

Nothing on forbidding gun sales to young men that live in their parents basement?

These policies always crack me up

The party always claiming to be advocates for the poor and middle class always create tax policies that affect those classes the most.

Global warming happening? Let's tax gas at $18/gallon so only us rich folks can afford it.

Good friend of mine has been using Gunny Outfitters in the Prairieville/Gonzales area. If I'm not mistaken, he's close to Airline Hwy.
