What’s the OB cooking tomorrow?

I’m smoking a ham and turkey in the BGE starting about 4am. Have a lot of family coming in. 20 of us to be exact.

I’m thankful for the OB’s wisdom and insight . And for giving me something to read while I’m bored.

Family doesn't like smokey food
Doing a roasted turkey per Gordon Ramsay recipe, mashed potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, gravy, and dressing.

Stuffed Bell Peppers
Deviled Eggs
Sweet Potato pie
Fresh baked cloverleaf dinner rolls w/ butter
Grew all the vegetables and caught the shrimp Eggs from our chickens. Going to be different but it's all stuff we like.

Frying a turkey and some duck strips, mustard greens, turnips and cornbread. Mrs is making dressing. Will have the whole extended family over and they'll all bring something.
