This weekend wickowick, BigHoss, and myself joined up with BleedingPurple at his place in Tx to do a little population control. Through a combination of trapping, still hunting, and spotlighting, we killed 34 hogs in 48 hours. BP and his family operate like a well oiled hog killed machine. They had us on the pigs and we're fantastic hosts. We had great hunting, great meals, and great company. In the pictures, You can see the pile of meat we brought home. It was a great time and I can't wait to do it again. A huge thanks from hoss, wick, and myself to BP and the family!

I've been following it on Wick's facebook. Is that BP that doesn't want his face shown?

BP is off the grid on a float trip and can't so we can't get his consent to post his pics...

that's him. he may not care, but I figured better safe than sorry. I know he's blurred some pics in the past.

Y'all are some lucky SOBs. I didn't even see one to shoot when I went out there in 2015. But props for the hard hunt and bringing all that pork home!

I went there 6 or 7 years ago when he had his other property. We hunted hard then and didn't come home with anything. It was obvious he had pigs, but, hey, they're wild animals. that's hunting. we still had a good time.

The picture of the pile of meat does not do it justice, the 3 of us each ended up with a 128 qt ice chest full of meat

I figured that. Looks like y'all had a good time.

Good to know BP is willing to still have people out after his truck got totaled on that other trip.
