it can be hit and miss, no consistency......... you must live towards opelousas but there's no reason to not drive the extra 3 or so miles and get better sausage

sure can, a friend of mine left to go to school around Miami, he gets Teets delivered to him every two weeks, he said you pay more but it's absolutely worth it. Sausage and Pounce is FIYAHHHHH

T-boys son is a friend of mine, their Boudin is lights out and the best NO DOUBT but sausage... well i wouldn't agree but it is definitely legit

I don't know that you can make smoked sausage without preservatives.

Prague powder? It's either sodium or potassium nitrate, which I have always considered a preservative. It's a salt used to cure meat.

BR, but my wife's family is in VP. I've never had a bad link of sausage or boudin from Mr Bobby's (B&S)
