I have a large Baton Rouge based company that is searching for a lease where they can both deer and duck hunt around the Tensas or Monterey area. Since this will be for entertainment, it would be great if there are nice facilities on the place. If you know of anything please let me know. They would be willing to pay top dollar if it fit the bill. Happy hunting!

Beat me too it.....

I'm in the market for a new job and this would pretty much guarantee your company would hire me.

Man where are these jobs at.

Tatum Plantation in Centerville, MS was for sale. Not sure if it's what you looking for.

As in how many hunters? It would need to be a place where 10 could hunt at a time.

How much ya'll willing to pay, and how long of a term are ya'll willing to sign?

Depending on your answers above, I'll put an offer in on Blackhawk and your company can lease it from me.

I know a landowner that owns 3,650 acres near Woodville, MS. Prime deer and duck hunting. The land has mediocre facilities but is only an hour drive from BR. Is that something you'd be interested in?

There's a couple areas along the Miss. River forming clubs at the moment. Buy in ranges from $500k to a $1 million per membership. There's probably 5-10 memberships remaining in each.
