Nice try to solve typical sunglass cord issues, but walking around with a wire loop circling the back of your head looks stupid, even if you can't see yourself. Trust me on this.

Maybe OK on a boat, but around town, this is not the answer.

I think they look good. Better than some of the alternatives.

Yeah they're a little big but you'll grow into 'em. I used to hate hand me downs too.

I guess that since a guy can't carry his "Fish Fear Me" truck window decal with him everywhere he goes, cablz are the next best thing. How about another innovation - cablz for the wallet to update the biker chain look?

Actually, I'm just jealous. I wish I'd thought of them first.

i dont think people wear them to be cool

they wear them bc they are practical and they dont rub the back of your neck

if you don't like them, fine

but you sound super cool judging the people that choose to

Not the only accessory that fits that description:

But I'm just one guy joking around, so don't let me hurt anyone's feelings, OK.

Croacka, I saw where you posted that your brines have arms that were straightened out. My fathoms have this issue too; I think it's from hanging them on my mirror. Do you have black frames? Did you ever try sending them back for warranty repair?

Yup, I have these and like them.

For those that think they look dumb, it takes all of ten seconds to remove them. I only wear mine fishing because that's the only time I need them.

I've been rocking these bad boys for about a year now. They're a little cheaper than the Cablz and more flexible, its a really thin filament with the rubber over the outside. I haven't had any of the other problems previously mentioned (caught on headrest, caught in hood etc...)

You're welcome, and I have a buddy with the tortoise frames that has the same issue. You two are the only ones I know who have the cablez btw.

This.....Cablz are FAF. The only reason the majority of people wear them is they think they look cool. Regular croakies work fine, and don't make you look like an azzclown.

I honestly wear them because the connection to the sunglasses is low profile and flat and feels better on my scalp than croakies. If I wore them to look cool I'd keep them on. Theyre cheaper than croakies too.
