This isn’t your fathers Democrat party. Don’t assume anything is too crazy for these people. It’s no secret what Dems want to do with guns. They’re telling us. No reason we should assume they won’t do what they’re telling us they want to do.

The demise of our gun rights ultimately won't be through legislation. It'll be through civil lawsuits and banking.

Expect litigation to open the path for civil litigation against gun and ammo makers. Then trial lawyers will get to work and That’ll be the death knell of the second amendment.

It’s a war waged through legislation and litigation. Incremental restrictions to strangle gun owners. If you can find guns/ammo at all, it’ll be too expensive. The military will buy up the rest.

The DNC will probably be introducing lawsuits within the next 6 months to sue every gun and ammo manufacturer in this country. I'm sure they'll be meeting with banks and finance companies soon to begin blocking the money flow soon as well.

And I bet they’ll comb all social media history and anyone who was a trump supporter or went to his rallies will be labeled dangerous and denied a license

If this passes, we are going to have to be courageous and ignore these laws.

It will mean risking jail but every great civil rights leader has taken the same risks.

As MLK stated, “one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws,” (and referring to St. Augustine) “an unjust law is no law at all.”

To be fair, anyone who isn't a progressive liberal is a domestic terrorist. Only terrorists disagree with progressive ideology.

You're not a terrorist, are you?

What would be the purpose of this? If someone got denied, what the hell are they being notified about?

This guy is a idiot who has no clue what happens during a NICS background check. He probably believes that if you are denied you have done something criminal, and local law enforcement needs to know you are attempting to buy s gun.

Elections have consequences

The dumbasses that voted for Biden want this shite, though. To them, this isn't a consequence. This is the ultimate goal.

This isn't even a slow motion train wreck. They are going to do everything possible to run this thing into the ground as quickly as possible.

I’d rather it be quick to be honest. The slower it goes, the more people are numbed. Drop that frog in the pot

Damn, that's the first time I've heard about having to get a license to purchase ammo or guns. Such bull shite.

I've been seeing this coming for a while. It will start as a "voluntary" registration of personal firearms and will eventually morph into a permit needed to buy ammo for your "registered" firearms. Not saying it will happen in the next few years, but eventually...

I hear you and agree with a lot of it. But there are many middle American democrats that own guns and hunt. They just aren't on CNN marching about something all the time...

And the Trump card in all of this, so to speak, is the Supreme Court. No way the sign off on it.
