IIRC, it is either 3500 or 5k miles. No idea because I haven't been driving it that long. Have just had to reset it before, and did once I changed the oil this last time.
I ran it for a couple of weeks before I reset it, and the thing never went off "Change oil" or "Oil life 0%". It stayed on until I reset it

If you don't drive much, change it periodically anyway. After a while the oil gets like tar even if you haven't hit the mileage recommendations.

Jeep, 5k or every 6 months, which comes first. My truck, 7.5k or 6 months. It's a diesel.

I used to be a synthetic change every 3k on point kinda guy, and then I figured out I was just wasting money.
Whatever conventional 5w30 is on sale at oriellys every 5k miles.
I do buy high dollar filters though.

The ones that have a percentage go by the condition of the oil not mileage...
But don't trust it I've seen quite a few vehicles blown up..
The people were putting 10 or 12,000 miles between oil changes because the computer saidto...
one new motor later now they change at 5000 or less

When the old looks dirty on the stick change it..
That way when you change it looks new again. If you wait too long you will never get all the old contaminants out and it will start to build up...
And if you ever run a vehicle hot change the ole immediately

5k miles easy to keep up with the odometer.
Changing the oil yourself. Here is a good deal right now
5 Quarts GTX and Fram Filter 19.99. Second Purchase is 14.99

Fram sucks...
It's usually the worst rated filter in every test I've seen..
Wix always right to the top and only cost a few dollars more..
Worth every penny when you consider what it's protecting..

we can say what is good and what sucks. Most say things cause of what TV tells them, adds say, friends, etc. I have used Fram all my life and never had an issue. I have also used Purafilter. I've used Quaker State Oil, Penzoil, Mobile 1, GTX, and even a gas staion brand in time of need. I never had any issues with any of them. I never knew of anyone that had issues because of oil or filters. I think Oil and Filter clics are funny cause everyhone that says one sucks over another has nothing to back it up on other than marketing. The avg Joe and vehicle owner can use any of the above and will not have issues.
