its hot as hell but the fish are biting
from what i see be there just before daylight and by about 8:30-9:00 its over for specks and they head for deeper water. thats true for the most part and you switch to catch reds after that

Check LUMCON before you go. I limited on trout early in Barre on Saturday so I headed into the marsh to try for some reds and wound up catching 15 more trout. Even if it’s windy, you might catch some fish.
