Oil fielders will down grade to single wides before they give up a good lease.

The good leases aren't held by those who can't afford slow period

Head northwest. Would love to host an OK OB duck stomp. Pop, clyde, Palo (never met but I hear good things), BP, beam, salmon (although he can't hit waterfowl, only turkeys - we will invite him for his beer at least), and drag gorillacoco up too.

Good luck, I would pay good $ for a decent blind, id be happy with a good teal season and 200 or so big ducks.

You are hard pressed to find one of even that caliber without knowing someone or forking out ridiculous $.

Prob just going to buy a boat and just go the public land route and make a couple guided hunts but diff all ears to any openings.

These rice field hunters don't know what to do when some NWLA public land hunters hit the scene

Look for something in East Arkansas or perhaps even Monroe area. The Western flyway along the Red River is not near as good as the Mississippi flyway, especially Mallard wise.

I hunted in Eudora Arkansas last year a few times at my buddy's lease. Talk about a dead zone....

I would be down to make a trip up to Oklahoma on a 3/5 day pass one weekend. I haven't hunted ducks within 2 hours of Shreveport in 5 years. For good reason...
