Differences in Teal season vs big duck season

I'm pretty new to waterfowl hunting in general, but feel like I have a decent grasp of the principles of decoy spreads, blind position, etc... when it comes to big ducks. That being said, I have extremely limited knowledge when it comes to targeting teal specifically.
With teal season rapidly approaching, is there anything I should be doing differently than when hunting big ducks (besides beer instead of bourbon, and packing extra thermacell refills)?
Bigger or smaller decoy spreads? Different calling approaches? Motion decoys (mojo vs jerk string)? Other thoughts?

For teal?

Teal: Find a place to hide and just shoot everything that passes you
Duck: Call them in and make sure you only shoot the right kind of duck, the right number, and don't let them hit the water or your friend will laugh at you.

If you're in a good spot, nothing matter. That being said, I toot on a Haydels blue wing call and have a few mojos out.

Teal are about as dumb as a brick during Teal Season. If you have water and set up in a decent location, you don't even need to call. Maybe peep on your whistle a couple of times. I usually put out about 3 dozen decoys, set out a Teal mojo, and pray that I don't get the West Nile or a gator steals one of my cripples.

In my experience calling and all out camo are not as crucial during teal season. Just keep your head down and movement to a minimum.
Put out Mojos where you want the Teal to land. A good percentage of them will try to land with your mojo.
Because I was newer last season i put out 2 dozen teal and a dozen pintail dekes (for visibility), teal are not decoy shy, they are coming or they arent. I've seen some people are big on pass shooting em, but i prefer to shoot them right before they land unless there is just no way they are coming down.

I aint ground checking if I already got my limit of woodys.

For real, I'll shoot birds after they land if I'm getting close on one species.
For our hunting club maps, our manager has a pinpoint dropped on game wardens house, which buts up to one of our properties.

We usually hunt out of the blind because water levels are not the same as they will be in big duck season. (It's typically lower during Sept.)

woodies, mottles, pintail, whistlers.. and green jeans disagree with this

Teal blasting is akin to dove blasting. Hunker down and be quick on the draw.

Teal hunting and dove hunting are one in the same.

Often, for teal season, if you have water you're set. It's usually a quick hunt. I never call when teal hunting. Them lil sum beyotches love to decoy.
Leave an even bigger gap in the middle of your decoys.

If you can tell the difference between a mottle or pintail and teal then you may want to hunt wth someone more experienced
