Deer stolen and killed from Louisiana high fence

I'm not sure of how the logistics of this happen. You think you just cut through the fence?

I know a guy that killed a big buck at the MSU deer high fence research facility back in the 80s. The amount of fines and possible prison term were greater than if he had assassinated the university president

They shot the deer from outside the fence and then cut the fence to retrieve it.
