I agree. 18 pts is what I count in the picture. I believe there are some kickers behind the base and main beams.

I’m pretty sure almost every high fence deer pen has had a poacher issue
Local guy was accused of it. He shot a deer over a pile of corn in his back yard that was 170”. High fence owner across the highway claimed it was poached. Shooter was able to show game cam pics from his back yard of the deer that apparently had escaped

Genetics and lots of protein and minerals.
We raised deer in Watson in the early 90’s for promotion of deer hunting products. We had a big mature buck we called popcorn. Opening morning of gun season in 1992, a guy trespassed, shot the deer and left him in the pen. Deer walked up to the fence and the guy shot him at point blank range. I’m pretty sure he got what was coming to him though.
The deer was as gentle as a dog, except from October through early January. We hand fed him until just before rut. Then we stayed away from him. Lol

Same thing was done on a fenced in pen that Karl Malone owns several years ago. Karl took it easy on them. Scared the heck out of them and made them work for him on the deer pen.
