Best I figure based on the interweb searches is these are mid to late 60’s. Man, what I’d give to go back in time and have a chat with Mr. Williams, a true American badass.

I have some Ted Williams shotgun bullets that my sister bought me for Christmas. Mid 60’s. She called them “shotgun bullets “.

We have a guy in our club that hunts with an old Ted Williams 12 gauge. Killed a ton of deer with it in front of the hounds.

When I was a kid I had a 4.5 horsepower Sears “Ted Williams” outboard motor. I put it on a 12’ jonboat. It got me around.

We have a Ted Williams .22 rifle in the family. Came with a cool scope. Probably purchased 1976-1978 or so.

Awesome.

I’m heading to SD in a few weeks for a pheasant hunt. I left Powpow’s with his old Stevens side by side 12 ga. I’ll post a pic of it later. Gotta be a mid 70s model based on what he was telling me.

I have a couple of them as well. My dad worked for Sears for many years and bought them where I was very young. I believe they were made by Winchester.

That’s cool as hell. Teddy Ballgame is probably my favorite athlete of all time. Any chance you’d be willing to part with one for a reasonable price?

I have a Sears single shot .22 that was a catalogue rifle we dated to around 1940-ish. It’s nothing special but a cool piece of history.

Always makes me laugh that Sears was Amazon before Amazon and then went out of business because they refused to adapt to the modern version of the business model they created.

One of the shells? I could probably work something out. Post an email address and I’ll reach out

Yeah I’d give you $30 for one of the shells if that sounds reasonable to you. But my email address has my whole name in it, so I may need to set up a “burner” email to post here

I see you’re an Ole Miss guy. Any chance you’re in the Jackson Metro area?

Eta: Never mind. Just let me set that other email address up and I’ll get with you tomorrow.

I passed on a Ted Williams 30-30 rifle at Cabelas about 6 years ago. Was only about $400 or so. Still kicking myself.
