It would not bother me one bit to try it. I did skin a bobcat one time and the meat looked good and we actually considered trying it but did not.
Let us know how it turns out.

Fry some rice in little oil in a wok, throw in onion, bobcat, soy sauce. Toss. Optional green onion, chopped carrot, peas.

Posted by Boats n Hose It's thrown away now. I wasn't eating that shite, I let it hang overnight and it had maggots in it when I went to skin and clean it up They still have some in the nasal cavity, I look forward to boiling the life out of those bastards.

No more maggots now. It's just about done getting all the meat and cartilage and shite off. Boiling off the little bit of remnant pieces and grease that's left now.
