the original poster needs to get blood work done before eating. Could be a good scientific study on why humans dont eat carnivores.

When I lived in Montana I heard of people eating mountain lion. I never tried it but would have if given the chance.

I have eaten black bear twice. Once the bear was shot out in the mountains and it was pretty good. I have no clue wtf it ate. The 2nd time the bear was shot outside farmland when it had been killing and eating baby goats. That bear tasted nasty. Both were brined and prepared in similar fashion.
