All you have to do is look at the Clinton Ban from the 90’s.
If every time the gun ban topic came up we just said oh they will never be able to ban AR’s. Eventually they would be banned.
The reason they haven’t been banned is because of the backlash.

New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen should be decided by the supreme court within the next few weeks. It's largely expected that the new york law will be struck down as unconstitutional but there are many court followers that are expecting the ruling to go beyond that. It will likely be a bigger change than even Heller.

He can't by EO ban dosmetic Ar15s but he can use EOs against imported firearms and accessories. I think what Biden will do is double down on the receiver markings, 80% kits and receivers, braces and go after imported magazines.
As far as an outright ban by legislation, only a united Senate GOP plus 1 democrat senator can stop it. Not a good thing.

You can't and thats why the gun community thinks its ridiculous that folks keep trying to. thats why we think its crazy the people villainize 1 weapon. Most doing it have zero knowledge about the platform. It gets old having to educate someone constantly just to have a discussion (not you per say, but crazy folks)
