Wahoo. Hawaiians call it Ono, in Hawaii Ono means delicious.

I really can't taste white perch, so I don't get all the love. I think it being so mild is one reason it's so popular. For me, it's Spotted cat in fresh and Ling in salt.

Brook, brown, and rainbow trout are my favorite eating, but I much prefer the fishing down here in Louisiana.

I'm going with this. My brother recently tried Marlin and gave it a big 2 thumbs up as well.
