I've always used Off, but that doesn't seem to work much. Any other suggestions?

TIA

Amber romance works well, just prep the wife before you come home smelling like a stripper.

I used some swamp swatter last year that worked as well.

Off does nothing but make gnats laugh at your futile efforts!

Work very well, using for a few years now. Had my wife buy the bottle for me to avoid potential questions.

Ultimate solution is to only go when the wind was blowing like yesterday... man that was brutal

Thanks, but I'd rather be swarmed by gnats.

I'd try anything once for gnats. Skeeters, I can handle, we live in La. Gnats that bite my wrists between gloves and sleeves, eye brows between face net holes during hot arse bow season, drive old man cray...

In all my years of fishing the marsh in the winter months, I tried everything and yet to find anything that works including all that what has been posted.

They always just stick to whatever I put on and form some gnat/lotion goo, so I now just ignore them. Gnats mean no wind. I like me a gnat.

I really want to know the story behind the testing of this as a gnat repellent. I am sure that strippers are involved somehow.

Amber Romance spray. No need for the lotion just spray it on like OFF. It really does work incredibly well, it's just not water proof. I use that and OFF when going in the marshes and don't have a problem with gnats or mosquitos
