Held up admirably for years of abuse. Blade snapped this weekend while I was using it as a pry bar. I tend to use knives as pry bars, chisels, small hammers etc...Looking for something in the same size range, has to have a pocket clip.

What are you carrying, and how has it held up?

I recently bought a Stimulus that I am carrying right now.

Benchmade Stimulus

Small, light weight, and sharp. Also, its an automatic knife as well. Don't have any complaints with this one.

Buy a used one so the Benchmade company doesn’t receive any money.

Have you talked to Benchmade? I'd give that a try they may replace it for free or very cheap.

Cheap arse Kershaw OSO Sweet is my newest EDC knife as I tend to destroy them as well.

I dont feel near as bad about using it for a tool as I do with far more expensive models.

I EDC a BM Hunt Summit Lake Small. Don't think it is in production anymore, but I love it. It is on the heavy side though and if not wearing jeans or structured pants, it can sag your pockets on fishing shorts, etc... I love the classic look of the stabilized wood. Just looks like a knife should if that makes sense.

I have been eyeing the BM Bugout a lot lately. It is SUPER lightweight and feels great in the hand. Just haven't dropped the $120 on it yet. It'll be my next EDC for sure. It's a more modern looking knife but also probably more practical than my current one.

I have that exact knife. You are right in that is extremely light and a pleasure to carry. Finish on the blade has kind of a rough texture which I actually like.
