Never heard of this. Use it on anything plastic on the outside of the truck? I always used tire foam before.

I use it in place of any Armor-All type product. It's made for planes and boats and is water based so its not as oily as Armor-All or alike.

It's more expense but IMO it's worth it. I use it on my boat seats and after 6 1/2 yrs they look almost new. I use it in the interior of my truck too.

As far as the plastic on the outside of your truck, are you referring to the black trim that may be fading? If so, "Wipe New" is the answer.....best shite I ever used.

9 month old truck. Not fading yet but would like something to keep it shiny and from fading.

There's a frick-ton of 303 products on Amazon. Wipe New is an "As Seen On TV" product. Really works?

Have had the Retrax for 2 years on my 2016 1500 short bed Sierra got it for better security hauling my hunting / fishing gear (not guns they stay with me in the cab).

For that purpose works great and only get small drip rain leaks by the tail gate but use a stick on gasket there on the sides that keeps most out.

That said, it would be difficult to remove and re-align afterwards whenever the canister space is needed to haul more stuff in an open bed. For that reason if buying today I'd go with a Backflip or something similar that removes fairly easier.

Can highly recommend the full liner Bed Rug it's been an awesome addition.

Yep and you can get it at Wal-Mart. I used it on my Tacoma and 2+ yrs later it still looked new.

I have a backflip. Loved it at first. I want a retractable now. I got the heavy duty one and it is really heavy to flip the last time. Wish I had bought a retrax. Neither is Watertite

Won't entirely disagree but the Bakflip is 1000X more watertight than a retractable one.

I'd imagine it's one of the last unsold 2017's at a dealership with a better deal considering the '18s have been out and the '19s will be coming out in a few months.

Yep 16% off MSRP. Pretty happy with the deal. Lariat with ultimate package 6.7.

I keep hearing that all of the folding and retractable ones leak and don't hold up. Almost tempted to get something like an Undercover Classic. Had one on a truck about 10 years ago and it was fine and not too hard to take off.

Im looking for a truck now. Where can something like this? Is there a way to search for old stock at dealerships?

Why do you need a cover?

I bought a Tyger brand truck bed cover from Amazon about a year ago for about $200. It is a soft fold up cover, but it keeps my stuff dry in the back of the bed. I don't ever leave anything in my bed that I worry about being stolen though, because I realize anybody with a knife can get into it. I am happy with the quality so far, and it keeps my stuff dry.

I got the mx4 a few months ago and like it a lot so far. It keeps my bed dry other than a few drops around the tailgate and doesn’t take up any bed space like the retractable ones.

I got mine on Bakflip.com. I called and said I found a better price and they took $100-150 off, don’t remember but it was $750 shipped.

It took me awhile to buy one bc I didn’t wanna drop the coin but now that I have one I’ll never not have one.
