There are different grades of stainless. The stainless at Academy is not high quality. If you are in for aluminum, I really can't comment. I use high quality stainless because I store them inside and don't want them to absorb any smell. Of course it's much more expensive.

Thanks for the info guys. Think the 120 at Academy is what I am going to get in a few weeks or months depending on when the Crawfish get big enough. And TT01, I bet I am the only person on here who knows where Huffman is.

I just ordered a new Bayou Classic 100qt and a double jet burner. Should be in this week. Should I go ahead and buy a new regulator now?

Me either. Jet burners are good for nothing but making a bunch of noise and burning a shitload of propane.
I use a really big one like this

Has anyone price compared Academy/Walmart/Sam's recently?
I usually shop Amazon for these type of purchases but I haven't found any deals. Academy had the 100qt Outdoor Gourmet for $119.
