I hunted Roanoke as well on sat and it's the most birds I've seen there in a while. Big flocks of mallards and pintail migrating and several wanted to work as well as thousands of low geese made for a great hunt

Almost zero wind at our blind Sunday. Saw some ducks up way high, but not much. Thousands of geese though

those teal that would come in on the wind were basically laughing at us trying to hit them

On Saturday, probably had 3 different times when teal buzzed us and we didnt even have time to pick up the guns.
Some of those ducks that were up high dropped straight down to our pond, awesome to see that. With that wind howling like it was I doubt that most ducks can even hear us calling

About right, I leave town and the invites start pouring in. Buddy wants me to go with him in Klondike in the morning but already in Cov.
