If so, which one are you using? Does it work as it is supposed to?

I use the Range AFM disabler in my 2018 Silverado. You never know it's there and works great.

I have one ordered for my 2020 5.3L. Should arrive tomorrow

I ordered the Range it should be here tomorrow.
I'm deleting the AFM/DOD altogether by swapping in a 6.6

I have a 2020 Sierra with the 5.3 with one. Im not sure how good it works.
I have noticed that my engine doesnt burn oil anymore so there's that.
It supposed to stop your engine from cutting off at stop signs. It works for that too, but about once every 2 months it stops at a stop light. I bought one for $60 off Amazon.

Range in both of our 5.3 GM’s. It’s a 5 minute install.

What a travesty that you have to buy an aftermarket gizmo to make a $70k truck not eat itself.

My rebuilt Jasper engine came with a delete kit....
Financially I would suggest you go with a Range or similar ASAP so you dont end up like me.

I run a Range device on a 6.2L GM.
The lifters are still prone to failure but the electronic device is supposed to buy you time.
The only real way to fully delete is by replacing the cam and lifters which is a pretty costly job if you pay a shop to do it.
On my vehicle it does set an emissions flag so I have to run without it for 100 miles or so for that to clear before getting an inspection.
You can also get a tune to disable the AFM/DOD electronically but with the same caveat as my statement above regarding the root cause being the problematic AFM lifters.
