The ones that I wanted to hire on Veterans Hwy in Metairie wanted $50 an hour all cash. People were desperate and have been paying it.

I'm with you Bossier. frick these guys. Illegal undocumented Mexican workers eventually creep into the workforce that employs legal Americans.Everyone says that they just do the jobs lazy Americans don't want to do. That's true up to a certain point.
Just wait till a group of them decide they don't want to ride in your truck anymore. They want to start their own business and undercut every other legit company in town because they live 4 fricking generations under one roof.

I've used these guys several times for various things. If you treat them right they'll work their arse off for you.
