Am I the only one ready to sit in a stand?

The way this year has been, I have never been more ready to completely clear my mind by sitting in a lock on during a nice cool front with my fingers crossed, without much thought in mind!

Public land is going to get pounded this year. Go against the grain and you will be fine though. Stay with it. Most of the crowd peters out after Christmas

I've got projected highs in the low 70s in the next 2 weeks. I'm going to be dang near twitchy.
I still have to stand the redneck blind up and put chairs in the new blinds.
One food plot planted, will have to wait on them to cut crops for the rest.

I’m ready even though this has been the worst trail cam pre game scouting season I’ve had in a while. I don’t have any 100% shooters but should be a target rich environment with hogs.
I put in for vacation on opening day this afternoon. This week I plan to cut firewood, and change my camera / bait situation from scouting trails and drawing pigs to good spots

I mainly hunt public land, all the deer are in ag fields so I don’t waste time running cameras this early, have in the past and was just not resourceful. Have a small plot behind the house plowed and ready for the kids, they mainly hunt there I go sit with them but never kill anything, mainly small deer. Fall is my favorite time of year and I’m ready for it to be here.
