Back at it...

Centreville, MS
PSE Prophecy

Was cold this am and hadn't put my heater on- drug arse to the stand and jumped one 30 yards out as I hung my bow from its rope.

Had a younger buck walk out about 40 yds. away a few minutes ago- but didn't give me enough time to even get my bow up.

As I put my rangefinder down, one in the woods jumped up and hauled arse away.

I think I found a good spot!

I'm cold too- didn't bring a jacket sitting in this tree with a T-shirt on, no gloves.

TD'ing, texting, and FB'ing to keep my fingers warm.

Just had a hog cross pipeline behind me. No chance for a shot. Haven't seen anything else. Someone fairly close just shot but I don't think it's part of our group.

About to piss in my powerade bottle. That'll guarantee a deer to come out in mid stream

It has been quite slow. Trail camera has been out of commission this year, so I don't even know what I'm looking for.

9Fiddy-my great granddad's 742 was passed down to me too. Great gun for sure. It seams to love the heavier grain ammo. Good luck!
