19 Degrees and calm (thank the good Lord)

A big 8-10 point walked out in front of my box yesterday and never gave me a chance. He came out of nowhere and I couldn’t react. Stared me down the whole time. I’m in the woods around his lair now, hoping to catch him slipping.

Good luck OB and be safe.

Unfortunate casualty of the rut. Had Larry Gooseman get in there and fish it out

Tied his head to a tree to let him finish decomposing and put a gamecam on it. Should make for some interesting pictures.

Just had some chasing going on. Too far in the thick stuff to really make anything out other than deer running in circles

Been really slow the last week and a half

We were supposed to go on a marlin trip this morning but the 4-6 ft seas had other plans.

Had a good duck report from CENLA yesterday. Pintail and Mallards galore with a good push of teal. They were going to Back today but the ponds were frozen this morning.
