I think it depends on the discipline. Downhill has practice runs.

I think an entirely reasonable prediction would have been 2 medals (1 gold) in slalom and giant slalom, top 10 in downhill and Super G, and top 5 in combined.
If she had done that, she would have likely been considered the best skier of all time at age 26
