Will Florida cancel the football game? we could only be so lucky

It think, canceling would do both teams some good. Florida’s defense can be just as bad.

If you are betting take the over on points, both offenses could break LSU vs Texas A&M scoring records by the end of regulation.

Heck while we are at it, LSU could just cancel the rest of the season too.

At the rate LSU is going, LSU may end up playing at the Weedeater Bowl if there is even a bowl season.

The local weather guy on WWL said he did not expect it to be an issue for the US GOM so there’s that. He didn’t give rationale. Guessing the propensity for cold fronts?

I very vividly remember everyone’s favorite weatherman, Stuttering Jay Grimes (he was a bit nervous sounding back then), one fine day in August 1992 point out to a little disturbance just coming off the coast of Africa and saying “this storm won’t get anywhere close to Louisiana.”

Yeah. Andrew was his name.

Looks like whatever comes of this and develops out of the NW Caribbean will shoot up and out well to the east of FL. Central and eastern Cuba get hit and then the Bahamas. As they say the FL shield in full effect this year.

Damn, I really hope this thing kicks north like most storms this late in the season. Keep this shite as far away from La as possible. We've had more than our fair share this year.
