Go to YouTube and type How to Have...into the search bar. First result for many people is how to have sex with kids.
If you actually click on the search, it shows related videos of naked children.

It uses Google Analytics to predict your searches. Google Analytics goes majorly off what you've typed, searched, or looked at previously on any site in the Google "library".
