I didn't. I typed in, as did hundreds of other people, How to Have...and it autocompleted to How to Have Sex with Your Kids.
I thought it was bullshite when I did it, but sure enough. That showed up as the top result.
Youtube has since fixed the problem.
I'm of the opinion now that it was a 4chan Op or a similar group, like how Craig James killed 5 hookers from a few years ago.
