Your side of the bed

Married/otherwise betrothed baws/bawettes of the ot: if your SO of let's say 15 years came to you and said let's switch sides sides of the bed, would you be able to do it?
Same bed, same nightstands, same sleeping positions, just different sides of the bed.
I feel like this is grounds for immediate divorce. No trial separation, no arbitration, just straight to divorce. Thoughts?

I do it on a regular basis when traveling depending on how the room is set up so I wouldn't care. I had never thought about it but we sleep on different sides at home vs the vacation house. I have no idea how that even happened but I suppose neither of us are very side specific.

We've switched before, for a variety of reasons, room setup in different places we lived etc. I don't really find it a big deal. YMMV.

This is a serious answer. I'm always a left side sleeper. Especially on vacations. Mostly because I drink too much and right side drinking puts pressure on your liver and that's not good so left side it's been since college. (Didn't learn about the liver thing till way after)

About to move after divorce. I'm going to try this voluntarily, just because that side is closest to the bathroom.
