Nokia 3310 or one of the variants. I got it my freshman year of high school. My parents got it for me because I went on a solo spring break trip out to my aunt & uncles place in Steamboat Springs.

Audiovox bag phone that I had a clip on antenna and it would talk for a ways. Later on I got a stand for the headset and hid the rest under the truck seat. It was a fairly neat installation

Got the nokia 5100 series senior year of high school. I bought so many of the different color/style faceplates that I had to have spent more money on them than the phone itself. I miss that guy.

In 2006 a HS buddy of mine, whose dad worked there, had what I think was a working prototype for a future RAZR model, that never got released. I can't recall exactly what it looked like, and have not been able to find any pictures similar to it. I know it had both a front and rear camera.

He thought he was hot shite with his super exclusive, fancy future RAZR

I think this was my first, or second. I also had the Nokia 3310 but I don't remember if that was before or after.

Had my first cell in Korea in 1999. It was a little LG phone about the size of a zippo lighter. They didn't do anything but make calls then so the trend in Korea at that time was to make the phone as small as possible.
I got a Motorola Startac around 2000/2001. Whichever one was the current model at the time.

I left the golf business in ‘99 and went to work for one of my members who owned 33 retail cell phone stores around Atlanta. I carried all of the phones people have posted at one time or another, and I still have quite a few of them.
Brings back some great memories.

Nokia 5110, for those who are young...
Same Phone. Year 2000. Dallas. My future ex wife bought it for me so she could make me come home after rugby practice instead of joining the guys for a few beers.
Seriously.

I used to trade stocks on my star tac. I'd call tda 800 number and refresh stock prices and buy and sell.
My first cell phone was a giant Motorola.

I later had a Nokia 5110. It was really tough and was actually made in Finland. Imagine a cellphone company making a product in their home country.
