Weight is caused by what you put into your body

That’s not true. If you look around, your average person of size has been on every diet and exercise regimen ever and still can’t get the weight off. Most people of size eat better and exercise more than you in vain to try and slim down

Scientists think that the “starvation gene” developed in cavemen due to it being a good idea to keep a little weight on so they could survive the ice age

I bet you don’t have that gene because “your great grandfather was Italian”

That's just something you say to make people with shitty genes feel better.

Weight can be such a poor indicator of whether people are too fat and arguing about what causes more or less body weight needlessly complicates the discussion of what causes people to be fat. If you are fat, it is because of what and how much you eat. Exercise can build muscle and is good for you but the old saying, "you can't outrun your fork" puts the emphasis where it should be for people who want to get rid of excess body fat. It's what you eat. If you measure it in calories, then then it's calories eaten versus calories burned.

Science says it’s genetics though. Basically what it means is us big baws were out slaying mammoths to feed the tribe while you skinny baws were picking berries

You still see this today with many hunters and fishermen being of size and the most popular pfg size is 2xl

Throwing out absolutes involving a field of study as poorly understood as genetics is a massive red flag for unqualified bullshite.

Diabetes is undefeated. Yet people line up at Canes everyday to challenge it.

The size of your fat azz is a predictor.

Move, eat / drink well, sleep and sunlight.

Live long and well.

He’s not banned but the recovery from shin extension surgery has left him too weak to post. He’ll be a solid 5’9

He’s still hitting his macros and crushing upper body workouts though
