Yeah this is stupid. There's a plethora of legitimate reasons why you'd need to hard brake or rapidly accelerate. Also, I'm sorry, I thought this was America? Screw this.

Not only the car but Waze, google, radar detectors and some cell phone services and phones sell info to insurance companies
