I understand that I made mistakes along the way attempting to defend myself from what I feel was a hate crime. Ive been impacted by this in a way I'll never be looked at the same or not be treated like an outcast because of how OBSCURED my name is

What a crappy video. It doesn't show any taser being used or where the placement of the civilians are on his body.
Also if the officer was struggling prior to civilians helping there is nothing wrong with them helping.

Did the cops try to give him a breathalyzer and he refused? Guess he doesn't know that cops at the jail don't need your consent for a blood test if you refuse the breathalyzer and the judge issues a warrant for a blood test.

There is definitely a counter argument to this, but there were sheriffs and deputies at that time.
