Height does weird things to people. I do a bit of rock climbing, and I'm still terrified near the edge, even when I strap into a static rope and literally cannot fall off.

this is what happens when you put someone on the spot and out of their comfort zone, who has a fragile mindset.

Nope. This is exactly what China and the democrats want. It's happening quickly.

Right now Chinese children are learning to drill, operate firearms, learning math and science.

Our kids are learning how to play call of duty, how to be rappers, social influencers, drag queens and buying the new Sam Smith line of clothing.

All brought to you By the Democratic party

This may be the rare example where we shouldn't assume someone's gender.

Came across a you tube channel last night of "things we could do in the 70s". The kids flying off their bikes as they jumped from make shift ramps....my girls were like "cool can we do that" and I said no...(thinking that it cost me 4300 the last time my oldest broke her arm..17 xrays to make sure the bones aligned)

I think it is incredibly shitty that one of the co-workers saw fit to embarrass this kid on Tik Tok. If it was a customer, it is not quite as bad.

I'm sure that almost every poster here has had a moment doing something that you would not want broadcast all over the world.

In hind sight he should have went farther up. Slid the box across and rested it on the rails. Then come down.

I've found many of them to be quite comforting over the course of my career

I am terrified of heights. Terrified. My butthole has drawn up inside itself every time I have had to drive across the MS. River bridge. But I can also climb up into a 15 feet high deer stand and not cry like a little girl as well. Don’t love it. But I can handle it. This poor kid apparently never had to face any kind of adversity in his life. Sheesh.

Dad has a few airline pilot friends. When I was in high school, I took note that they all had hot wives (mostly ex stewardesses).

Ted L. was a pilot (I think Braniff) and his wife Terri was hot as hell (typical Texas blonde but super sweet). All the high school boys thought she was smoking. Their youngest son was hit by a car driven by some scumbag hauling arse down a country road. It was awful.

I have an old friend who's an engineer for Boeing. His Russian wife proudly told us she was first in her class at field stripping a rifle and re-assembling.

She was pretty damn good looking tooo.

I lived in Hawaii until the end of 6th grade. I was in the "summer fun" program on the Marine base when two guys came and said "you're going to Texas." My grandfather, who I had not seen since I was 2, was dying of cancer. So, Dad and I flew to L.A. and then I flew by myself from L.A. to Dallas. This good looking stewardess sat in the seat next to me when she wasn't working. I wasn't that old, but I was old enough to enjoy having this good looking girl sitting by me.
