You know anyone that still rolls their own cigarettes?

The last time I remember seeing someone roll their own cigarettes was about 30 years ago. A guy at work (we we making minimum wage) rolled his own because it was so much cheaper. He didn't have a car and cops would always stop him when he walked to work because they thought he was smoking a joint.

Yep I know a guy who does the same thing for the same reason. He uses a roller so it looks legit though.

Yeah but it's hard to tell with the modern rolling machines. Few people hand roll anymore.

My FIL and BIL make their own with the machine. It more stuffs them then rolls them. Saves beaucoup money that way.

My wife does. It comes out to .68 a pack...WAY cheaper than buying pre-rolled cigarettes. You need an electronic machine like a Powermatic II to make it convenient.
I wish she would quit like I did, but this way at least it isn’t an expensive habit.

I don't know how it really saves money unless you are rolling the cheap pipe tobacco. Cigarette tobacco is still expensive even if rolling your own.
Every so often I get a pack of bugler just for nostalgia and it costs as much as a regular pack.

I used to roll my own cigarettes when I was in college around 2010 in order to save money. It was pretty awful.

My wife is always bitching about money so one day she came home with tobacco and papers and told me to roll my own smokes
