1) give my wife an education on every detail of our financials; she's about to become a millionaire
2) continue working for as long as I can to support my wife and kid. I don't hate my job and the normal routine would be helpful
3) travel as often as feasible. it doesn't have to be new places either, just things my family and I would enjoy
4) focus on more time with my son; more baseball; more golf; more days at the park. He's only 4
5) get involved in awareness and do whatever I can to keep my quality of life as positive and engaging as possible for my family's sake not mine

I haven't done a lot different. Quit working asap. Didn't want to work the rest of my life. Bought my wife a nice gift. Took a nice trip. Wrote a letter to each of my daughters to have for them on there wedding days before I lost the ability to write.

Dam near close, but I wrote letters. Trips out the question. When doctors come in a hospital room and tell you and your wife to get your Bizs in order and tell you have less then 6 months. You flat out tell them they are wrong and that they are fired.
Be there and done that. That is almost 5 years ago.
And yes, I had talked to these doctors over the years and they just don't know how. I thank the Good Lord for ever day he has given me.
