Is there any evidence that this guy attacked law enforcement
Yes. In fact, the scumbag Democrats have tried to beatify this guy because he attacked law-enforcement to “help protect" the woman who was trying to obstruct ICE from doing its job when she got pushed into the snow.

What situation are you talking about?

Not serious because I don’t think deadly use of force by state actors against citizens in the name of immigration enforcement is reasonable?

Stay your arse out of it then. I ain’t protesting and won’t be. You decide to get involved and shite happens. This is removing illegals from our country, not mass killing by the government. They broke the law. Why have any laws at all?

The lady who was filming and took 2 1/2 steps and full arm extension from the agent to close the distance was "obstructing?"

a hothead federal agent
I wonder what happened to the agent for him to become hotheaded?
I wonder if the weeks leading up to this event had anything to do with it?
I wonder if the lack of local and state support had anything to do with it?
I wonder if the highest levels of local and state government telling the people to get even more violent had anything to do with it?

You are not serious because you actually believe the agents set out that day to kill someone.

Oh well then if he's really frustrated it's ok if he shoved down bystanders.

I’m sure this will comfort the deceased’s loved ones.

and lets talk about the amount of people there blowing horns and whistles and making all kinds of noise. sound torture is the type of shite used to psychologically break people.
quote:
Noise torture, also known as sound torture, involves using loud, continuous, or disorienting sounds (like music or white noise) combined with sensory deprivation (hoods, isolated white rooms) and sleep deprivation to break down a detainee's psychological resilience, causing anxiety, hallucinations, and making them more likely to cooperate with interrogators, a tactic used by various forces in places like Guantanamo Bay, Abu Ghraib, and Northern Ireland. How it Works Sensory Overload/Deprivation: Intense, repetitive sounds (often paired with darkness or bright lights) overload the senses, while isolation removes other sensory input, leading to disorientation. Psychological Breakdown: The constant noise prevents rest and disrupts thought, inducing extreme stress, fear, anxiety, and sometimes hallucinations, making individuals highly vulnerable. Combination Tactics: It's often used with sleep deprivation, stress positions, food/water deprivation, and temperature extremes, creating a "cocktail" of abuse. Examples "The Hooded Men" (Northern Ireland, 1970s): Kept hooded and handcuffed in cells with loud, continuous hissing noise, leading to severe psychological trauma. "White Torture" (Iran, early 2000s): Involves sensory deprivation with all-white environments, total silence (or muffled sounds), isolation, and sleep deprivation to break prisoners. U.S. Military Interrogations (War on Terror): Loud music (like Metallica or D.C. Talk) played at high volumes for prolonged periods, often in darkness, targeting detainees at facilities like Guantanamo Bay. Impact Causes prolonged pain, exhaustion, depression, anxiety, hallucinations, and disorientation. Results in lasting psychological trauma long after the abuse ends, according to reports from victims and human rights groups like Amnesty International.

Military has Rules of engagement, coast guard has use of force continuum, what does ICE have? I’m curious and don’t know what they use for use of force.

Right
I think what disappoints me most is how many America first, protect civil liberties, protect gun rights, don’t tread on me dudes on this board have exposed themselves to be just unbelievable fricking pussies
Like this is the textbook “don’t take this shite” situation and they’re sniveling about carrying a weapon and did he have his paperwork on him and how he shouldn’t be trying to help a woman who got shoved down
Completely spineless on top of being light speed stupid. What principles do they have left?

If she was not obstructing, what was she doing there? Why would you see armed federal officers conducting an arrest and advance toward them?
What is the goal here? Escalate the tension until ICE gives up? To benefit who? Illegal aliens? I don't understand.
And the shooting was tragic but why was he there? Why was he advancing towards armed agents with a loaded firearm and body armor. None of it makes sense.

I don't think you are seeing this clearly. Most people see ICE as trying to remove illegal aliens and criminals. Something an overwhelming majority of America is in favor of. The people being "victimized" by ice are trying to prevent that. Its hard to have sympathy for people who are escalating this situation on behalf of people that most of America wants gone.

Courage =/= stupidity and recklessness, but go ahead and do you. I am sure everyone here will be commenting on your death video afterwards. Also...killed =/= murder. Using sensationalized language like that really defeats the argument you are trying to make
Lots of dumb shite to unpack here. I’m sure we value courage so much because it’s so similar to stupidity which we loath.
People might comment on a video of my death saying he lived a good life. Doubt I’ll give a frick either way if I’m dead.
Killed is similar to murdered. This one you actually got right. But not everyone who’s killed was murdered. Using language like that to differentiate the two is exactly why I used it. It’s called communication, and when I do it I tend to do it purposefully.
