Nicole Mitchell... the hurricane hunter gal that would always show up on tv in her flight suit.

Isn’t that where Brita merwin ended up?
She’s NY based I think now. She was here in Houston. I like the cut of her gib. She’s amazing considering I believe she’s shite out about 4 kids.

wow, a working WeatherStar 4000 - used to wire those suckers up back in my cable guy days
unfortunately it only displays on my phone for a second or two, then my browser goes completely blank, reload doesn’t change anything - is there a trick to getting it to stay onscreen?
using Brave, even tried turning off the shields, same results

Loved it when the weather channel went into storm alert for the local on the 8s. Really got the adrenaline flowing.

My favorite was Downtown Julie Brown giving the forecast. She was the best.

Is The Weather Channel even around anymore?
When I couldn't get my local weather from it anymore, I stopped tuning in. That was like 20 years ago. They went hard into climate change documentries and volcanos when I just want to know if I need to bring an umbrella to work or not.

What many don’t understand is that if you had dish network or direct tv, you wouldn’t get a local forecast for your area. The unit which produces it would overlay the default satellite feed with a feed specific for your cable head end’s region
The classic weather channel was some of of the best nostalgic TV

Aside from them big ol titties, I don't see what people's fascination is with her.
She is bowlegged, has a terrible case of noassatall, hideous horse-face, and is obnoxiously animated on camera. If you scraped off the makeup and looked at her at about 5 AM it would probably ruin your appetite for breakfast.
I cannot stand to listen to her or watch her
she recently posted some pics of her at home and well, lets just say "appetite ruined"

Also would love the old news as opposed to 24/7 propaganda from both sides.
When did this "old news" air?

Local on the 8s music used to slap. Lot of smooth jazz, deep classic rock tracks, jam band, and a bit of new age thrown in the mix.
Some good playlists on Spotify with all the tracks.
Except when there was a hurricane coming, then they would play a dramatic score so you’d pay more attention.

Being state-owned, that's still what Canada's version of The Weather Channel looks like.
