Define “injured” at work...

Would the company be injured by his actions, thus potentially leading to people losing their jobs?

Also, define “friend”...is he a work friend, or an actual friend?

If he’s nothing more than a work friend, and his actions can cause harm to the company, then go to his boss and let him/her know what you know. If they do nothing, then go to HR and tell them.

If he’s an actual friend, then have a conversation with him about what he’s doing and ask him if he needs help.

That said, you better have some damn good evidence that the dude is doing coke at work. If not, then you’ll just look like a bitch.

I haven't seen it in years let alone done it. Though I've heard it goes for $100 a gram now. Which to me is insane. Was $35_g back in the late 90s.

Seriously I think it's the most overrated drug. It's fun to talk about because it's the rich man's drug. But it's a dumb high, that you never get again followed by a constant urge to do more.

I might ask some questions to see if he has a problem. Other than that, he isn’t hurting anyone. I’m sure there are a lot of execs who use coke for an edge.

nothing...

if you feel he has a problem or is an addict, i'd talk to him directly, but other than that, he's not hurting anyone, like you said...

Does he know you saw him?

He will try to frick you over while you twist your panties over this.

I wouldn't report the coke use but I sure as hell would find some documented frick up he did to get him out of my orbit.

Chances are high that he hangs around ppl who do the same. Figure out what he and his friends are paying, then corner the market.

I told him to be more circumspect.
He was capable of incredible concentration and great work.
As many of you dickwads know, i tested as best in cadet class on the non math part and #2 overall, twice.

I was #2 on that programming team.
He did more than the whole rest of the team.

However bill g ended up with some horrible brain disease in his 50s.

Report him. Why in the world would you tolerate a guy getting high in the work place? Office or not, that’s a huge liability.
