Get a segway. Everyone looks drunk on those things. They won't be able to tell the difference

Hey Walt.

I hope you can't .

I can see getting a PI.Lots of DUI(DWI) riding mowers though.

I don't see a drunk getting very far on a bike.jmho

Wow. Just wow. Way to promote drinking and driving a heavy motorized vehicle. fricking brilliant.

And no, this is not directed at the poster who said "Yes you can", it's directed at the law.

Read that link. Precedence says bikes don't get DUIs in LA.

Of course.

Also, if you walk home, guess what, Drunk In Public.

Ask me how I know.

Sergeant Dickhead in Waveland arrested me twice withing 30 feet of my house.

The Judge threw both cases out and chewed his arse out the second time.

I went to a college where we mostly rode bikes to get around campus and yeah you could get a BWI. The consequences were just as severe as a DWI. You only got one if you were a complete idiot who damaged something while riding drunk

Stealing a golf cart on campus to ride around while drunk is also grand theft but the university never actually pressed those charges.

Ok, then. OT, your mission is to bombard the next DUI checkpoint in Baton Rouge on bikes, following every letter of the law as it pertains to riding bicycles on public roads and just completely frick up their revenue party.

Bonus points if you show up on a really slow fixed gear bicycle with a basket and you pull up to the cop and make the bell go "ching-ching" to make sure he knows that you mean business.

I actually asked a cop this once and he told me it's only a DWI if you get the horse drunk too. I know, cool story and such.

From the sounds of it, you can in LA. I know that you can in KY.
